"I cannot begin to explain how helpful the staff has been Very nice quiet small location with approximately eight rooms This is how much they go above and beyond. I have been looking for two days for location to exchange some US dollars. The front desk worker actually went with me all around the area and was actually going to use his personal bank account to exchange funds for me, but the bank was closed He stayed with me until we found a working ATM that would exchange dollars This is what I...

"Owner and management are very kind , Hotel is been well maintained, very good views "

"If you need anything for the room the family that run it are happy to help. I upgraded my room as I wanted a window and bigger room easily done. Internet and hot water great, bed is very comfortable. Area around great shisha and coffee. The areas surroundings isn’t much, u definitely need to organize Uber. Cheap local shisha and cafaterias near. Remember it’s not the Hilton but it’s value for money and u feel safe."

"My sheets were dirty with hairs, no wonder is super cheap, the breakfast it was not good, they only served what they want in in really small amount, there is nothing to choose same thing both days, when I asked for more eggs they said there is no more eggs they served only one egg with full of salt. Also The have a menu of drink way over priced, The only good things about this place was the pyramid view, and the welcoming of the employees other than that I was feeling very uncomfortable."

"Comfortable stay at this hotel, staff are attentive. Area is safe and close to the pyramids, easy to get to by Uber/taxi. "

"ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PLACE. Staff were abrupt and no direction of how things worked in the hotel, breakfast etc. No kettle in room, just a water cooler, that had a heat and warm button on that didn't work. Tiny fridge built in the cooler which was filthy and cracked. Furniture had glass tops on tables that had been cut down and the glass was all cracked. TV with one working channel. Bathroom was disgusting and probably not seen cleaning products since it opened. Choice of 1 pillow on the bed with...

"The property did not meet our expectations! Definitely not what we booked. Only one room was a suite, despite paying for two deluxe suites! During our stay of three nights, we did not have our rooms serviced! There were no eating areas nearby for tourists. Area outside of motel was disgustingly dirty! Many stray dogs and dead dogs! Definitely would not recommend this motel!"
