The lower pyramid entrance is just 100 meters, we just walked. The roof top terrace also has stunning views, we spend half of our days just drinking tea and looking at the sunset and the pyramids. The hotel is very clean and our suite, which consisted of one very large room, was quite comfortable. The surrounding area is as one has to expect in Gizeh, chaotic but safe, at least during the day but we anyway just walked to the entrance of the pyramids."
