The hotel is very modern, clean and have the best view to the pyramids. The room was large and very modern designed with chairs and coffee table ( delux double room on. The 5 floor) Excellent location to go to see the new museum. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Airport shuttle was helpful with nice new big car. We are already 4 x in Egypt and it was the best hotel we were in. We will come again.

Very good hotel in a great location. People who worked there was very helpful, especially Rasha. Rasha made everything possible what is needed to have a great vacation, ask her if you need anything from help to great tours what they offer

The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

Great hotel with great service located centrally. Very noisy as most of the hotels are. Constant car honking and music playing but it is out of the hotels control thats just Egypt. The hotel itself is very nice although some attention could be shown to repair especially the windows that dont close fully or are not sealed properly letting dust and sand in all the time. The restaurant here is wonderful, the service is great, and overall a good stay but the beds were hard as a rock so if your a light sleeper maybe seek elsewhere but I would recommend overall if your able.

We loved our stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the pyramid complex so the location is unbeatable if visiting the pyramids & GEM. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & were so friendly. Our stay also included free airport pickup & breakfast, the breakfast spread was great. Additionally, there is a rooftop restaurant with an incredible view of the pyramids, we enjoyed dinner & drinks up there during our stay! Overall, would absolutely recommend.

Superbly situated hotel, close to the pyramids complex and a short distance from the Grand Egyptian Museum. Hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, even helping us replace luggage which got broken in transit! Airport transfer went very smoothly. A special hotel and great experience. Only minor drawback was the noise from the street outside at times could get noisy.

As a first time traveler to Cairo, I felt super unsafe in the hotels location. It is located in a super sketchy area. I literally did not want to leave the hotel room since I felt unsafe outside. Many people trying to sell you things, super heavy traffic (hard to cross the street), and overall just sketchy. I would not recommend staying here. Stay in a different area of Cairo like downtown or really research the area you will be staying in. The hotels photos were a were misleading. Apart from the safety concerns, the room smelled like mildew. The smell would not go away. Even after running the vent for hours. The bed was stiff and hard. The breakfast was okay but located on a lower floor and did not have a view of the pyramids. The rooftop restaurant did have a view of the pyramids and the food was okay. I was also given a paper stating the hotel was not responsible for stolen items, keep your valuables with you or in the safe so I opted for no room cleaning. The staff was friendly but just constantly felt like I couldn’t trust anyone.

This hotel was truly a gem. The room was very spacious and the balcony was huge. The view was absolutely amazing — we could clearly see all three pyramids from our room. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was average the rooftop lounge was unforgettable! The view is just amazing! Highly recommended for anyone who wants an unforgettable pyramid view.
