I loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff (Emad, Ehab and Elia at the pool) and Ahmed and Eva in the restaurant. The treatment of Othman the receptionist is excellent..... I do not recommend using the spa because the staff is very bad and the price list is not fixed. The hotel is close to the airport and you do not need to leave the hotel, it is a paradise

Excellence service, great food, but alcohol drink seems to be diluted with water that comes with very low alcohol content. Great accessibility to sea with lots of sea life around, love this place overall.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a solo traveller. The service was top notch, everyone was all very kind and accommodating. (From asking for breakfast boxes to late checkout — all my requests were met). The morning yoga included in the itinerary was such a bonus treat to my stay. We stayed during Christmas 2012 with our adult children on half board basis (NB: there are few, if any, restaurants outside of the hotel complex). The hotel and its food were superb and the beach and sea at 21C offered amazing swimming and snorkelling. I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bel Air Azur in Hurghada! The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks
