"Hotel and staff were excellent. We had to ask management to quiet down a group of drunks who took their own speakers to pool and spent 3 hours screaming like animals. The second we asked, the hotel did everything right and addressed the situation in a classy and professional way. It was well handled. Not hotel’s fault— shame on the people. "

"The resort was extremely clean and beautiful. The beach was pristine, smooth, unforgettable. The sunsets are brilliant. Our room was spotless everyday, amazing towel animals on the bed; a very nice touch. Wonderful staff. Breakfast staff were so friendly- Rodolfo, Andy, Paulino, Douglas. Jose and Priscilla doing the rec activities were great. Nadesca serving on the deck was very sweet. Jessica at the spa did a lovely hot stone massage. Elliot picked us up from a restaurant when it was dark! Flower got us a round trip uber on her phone that was reliable and reasonable to go to Conshell beach at the last minute on our last day. Everyone was super, even the security was friendly. Close to the resort is the marina and lots of places to eat. We felt totally safe and it was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!"

"Breakfast was awesome with lots of options. Free shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Overall a great place to stay before and after a flight! Food was sooo good at the restaurant for supper. "

"Room was spotless and comfortable. It was nice to stay at an American chain hotel; located around “American area”; i.e different American food options. Breakfast was delicious and they even had a two go option when we had our early morning tour pickup. Staff were all nice and professional. "
