"Staff were very helpful! We had an issue with our door and helped us fix it and watched our room while we went out. They also allowed us to check in early which helped a lot so we didn't have luggage in the back of our car while in town. "

"BEWARE OF GUEST FEES!! Got charged an extra $37 to rent an additional room downstairs for an hour! As for the room that I actually stayed at had no hot water, bite by mosquitoes and bed is hard. I ended up paying a total of $110 for one night when the room should cost no more than $30 a night. I would never come back to Jaco or this hotel again! "
