"We weren't sure what to expect from this all inclusive, but it met our needs. Check in was a bit of a hassle, not enough staff, but when they greet you with a nice cold drink, it helps! There were some issues with pool towel tickets, and not enough towels for everyone upon arrival, as most people went right to the pool, but not a big deal.
