"We booked tours with the hotel. The guides are very good. During the boat tour, Luis was spotting animals quickly. We also enjoyed the nightly turtle tour. You have to buy a permit to enter the national park yourself- ask them about it when you check in (or anytime before the tour starts)"

"We had 4 HUGE roaches in our room when we arrived! My husband had to kill them; just so we could sleep & feel comfortable-still was hard bc we were wondering if more would come out at night & crawl all over us while sleeping!
Next night we had a lizard on our pillows before bedtime. Plus; safety wise we had No glass on the windows had to sleep with only screens on windows! Only a ceiling fan; as they don’t offer air conditioning.
