A lovely, modern hotel right next to the Quay. Easy access for food, drinks, shopping and sightseeing. Check in was very easy and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.

Blown away with the size of it! We got a free upgrade on arrival (probably due to staying in a couple of Meriton hotels on our trip). Our room was the full length of the block with a balcony on either side. Had its on chill out room as well as living area, dining area and kitchen. 3 TVs for the 2 of us and enough space to swing a herd of cats. Great place and would definitely stay again

Excellent family run hotel with friendly, helpful and professional staff. Superb artwork in public spaces. Outstanding commitment to community cohesion and service over time. Spotless room, clean heated pool and hot tub. Extensive 5 star quality buffet dinner. Very comfortable bar and restaurant areas. Great location.

We stayed in Macon for a couple of nights just before an early flight back to the UK. The hotel was perfect for the purpose. Very convenient to get back to Central Station and to the airport. The front desk staff were really helpful in recommending the restaurants around the area and fir the taxi booking. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a harbour view. The room was very comfortable. However we do have some reservations about how the staff communicate with each other in an emergency situation. We were there when water was pouring from a sprinkler being set off and causing flooding on 2nd floor, reception area , the lift shafts and one emergency fire exit. Being pensioners we struggled to get cases down the emergency stairs and it was difficult to find help. There did not...

Good location. Great apartment. Really lovely view. Felt really comfortable and relaxed. Spacious. After staying in a Meriton for the first time, decided to make this our first choice for future apart hotels

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the airport. You can easily walk across, but if you prefer there is a regular shuttle bus which takes 3-5 mins to get you across, The driver was very friendly and helpful, just what you need after a long flight. The hotel has 2 pools, one with a slide close to the bar and a quieter, smaller one in the centre of the complex. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, perfect space to relax and sort out suitcases and hand luggage for the onward...

Great location, view from roof bar lovely. Staff very helpful and friendly...late flight out so utilised a cabin room with access to late shower etc.

Stayed at the Dorsett Gold Coast with my girlfriend and we had an amazing stay. For the £130 I paid, the hotel felt like it should have cost a lot more considering how nice everything was. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location is perfect being right next to The Star Casino which made everything really convenient. The only small hiccup was during check-in...
