Jimmy and Sulli are very kind, asking them if you have any question about the famous destination. The hotel provides excellent service. However, the prices are slightly higher during the holiday season. Halong and Ninh Binh tours were excellent, with well-planned excursions that allowed me to explore the area's hidden beauties. "It's about 5 - 10 min walk from Subway station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can take airport bus to the airport, need to buy ticket first at a tour agency nearby hotel (ask fo location at the hotel). Wifi is ok. "
