Hotel lobby is located on the 36th floor and hotel rooms are located between 37 and 63 floors. Restaurants and cafes are located on 36 and 64/65th floors. "The condo was comfortable and spacious for a family with small children. The couches were quite worn out with many stains on them so it wasn't comfortable to sit on them. The staff are friendly and willing to help out, however many do not speak English so communication can be tricky. There is a lot to do on the resort grounds for families. If you have a car, driving just a few minutes outside of the resort will get you to a convenient store that has more resonable prices than the same branded...
