"This property has amazing veiws easy parking, literally everything was in walking distance to every thing down by the beach. Including a Starbucks down stairs. The only thing i would change about this property is the bed! The bed is so hard that it was hard to sleep. "

" The pools are fantastic. Walking 3 laps around the pools in the morning and 3in the evening is enough to get 10,000 steps in for fitness. The condo was a bit small, but that made it easy for the 2 air conditioners to quickly cool off the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny and could easily fit a medium one in the space provided. "Quick check in process. I had a very nice two bedroom flat and it was clean and nicely decorated. I used swimming pool once it was a bit small for many people busy still ok. It is close to KLCC station and Petronas towers and shopping centres. What I don’t like that there was a hot water issue and I couldn’t have a hot shower at all. "I ha e been staying at Blue Ocean for nearly 9 months while in Ishigaki for businesss. Blue Ocean is the perfect apartment-like stay with kitchen facility, plenty of space and a greay view of the ocean. "For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."

"If you want to try refugees experience, this is a place to live. Bad smell in living room, very old & depreciated in door, no hot water from heater, no air-conditioning in bedrooms, main door safety lock broken......crazy"

"Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...
