The staff was super sweet, nice and helpful. They call for a taxi for me for a drop off and pick up. Room was spacious with amenities (drinks) and super clean. Location was great just like couple of minutes to train and bus station and walkable to many sights and to places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

This location exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location next to the train and bus station were ideal for our purposes. Loved having so many shopping and dining options within walking distance. Clean, spacious and well laid out room. Laundry located in the room was especially convenient after long travels. This was one of the largest Japanese hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The space was really valuable. Staff were friendly and helped us to forward our luggage to the next destination. I think we lucked out by getting a room on the second floor - there is only one elevator so we were able to easily use the stairs to get in and out of our room.

Hotel is right next to the train and bus station, so easy to get to and to go on any day excursions. A short walk from yhe historic area of the town. Room was a decent size and had a large wardrobe. Fridge/freezer and washing machine in the room was great
