"I like it. Their staffs are friendly and nice. The room is clean and welly kept. It is safe and secure with a police station in next block. The MTR is not nestby. Public transportation is not convenient. However, the local attraction, the “White Elephant Street" just 3 minutes uphill walking in the back of the hotel. This is also the walking shortcut to other local attractions and lot of local dining choices within 15 minutes. After you know this shortcut, you won't feel any inconvenience...

"For the family traveling with kids, I love the options of having washer, dryer and kitchen in the apartment. And I also like the gym to continue my routine work out while on vacation. This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly....

"It is an old residential apartment building. Some units of it are converted and used for hotel service apartments. The room is decorated with old Shanghai feel. Very interesting. It is an old building, but the room is well kept and maintained. The staffs are nice and friendly. It has a very good location. A big shopping plaza is just across the street with a big food court. Convenient store, drug store are nearby. MRT station is at about 5 minute walking. My only dislike is the...
