Everyone from Kent, Tim, Scarlett, Lucas, Twinkle, Ivan, etc etc, basically the whole staff in every part of this terrific Four Seasons, made for an amazing stay! With the spectacular views from up high, the soothing massages in the Spa, and the very accommodating staff in Catch, Caffe Mondo, the Atrium, etc, we felt more than catered to. "The staffs are friendly. The location is ultra convenient which is on top of the metro station Ti Yu Xi Lu and next to shopping mall. From Baiyun Airport to the hotel, take metro line No.3 and exit from Ti Yu Xi Lu Exit D. There are many restaurants around the hotel too. I stayed there once more than 10 years ago and it still looks pretty much the same as the rooms were renovated in Dec 22 according to Expedia. "
