"Had a lovely 7 nights here end of Feb, and very much appreciated the adults-only affair here. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed. "The staff were great, whenever I reached out to them with a question or something that needed their attention they were prompt in helping me out. The room I stayed was in great condition clean with all the amenities I was expecting. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"Stayed here many times and still love it. Properties a little tired and could do with modernising but still nice. Staff strike on Thurs /Fri caused a bit of disruption and a made a lot of noise. Poor communication about this and Spa wasn't open to get a shower before we left! "

"Booked a 'Superior Suite' as we wanted a bath but, as in a lot of hotels, the plug was removed completely so that we couldn't have one, just a shower, so my wife was quite disappointed, especially after paying more for the privaledge over a standard room."

"Great place to stay, we loved it. 2 bed apartment was great, nice and spacious with 1 en suite and a main bathroom, huge balcony with great views. It's a 20 minute walk down to the promenade/town/Siam mall, the hill is steep but it's only the final 100m thats a killer! But it's worth the effort for the views! Staff are friendly and the whole place is so clean. Kids loved the pool, useful to know they have pool towels for a deposit. Great hotel, wouldn't hesitate staying here again."

"This is a great resort. It has everything you need. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and not over crowded. It's also in a beautiful, walkable area. The app system for booking lounge chairs, activities, and dinner reservations is excellent. The food at the buffet is varied and delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the drink selection. The coffee at breakfast is not good (sweet and small), and the pool bars should have more "resort" drink options, like frozen beverages.
