The door to the stand the microwave was in, fell off when I opened it (they should just be removed). There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or a toiletry bag. The water pressure and temperature were really good. Staff were friendly upon check in/out. The hotel was quiet. I didn’t eat breakfast, I did have coffee and that was decent. I probably wouldn’t return to this particular hotel. I can understand that it is older, However some updates are needed. "

"Room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. Appreciate night light in bathroom and choice of ceiling light with or without exhaust fan. A/C unit is acceptably quiet when running. Room lighting at night is excellent."

I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS HAD TO BE AT EVENT CENTER AT 7:00 AM. RESTRAUNT FOR DINNER NOT OPEN TILL 4 AGAIN NOT TAKING IN CONSIDERATION THE MAJORITY OF GUESTS SCHEDULES WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE."
