"Booked for a quick weekend away. Overall hotel looked lovely but room was below average. There was mold in the bathroom as well as repair work needed in our room. Wrote in issues via Expedia chat but never heard back from hotel. "

No apology and they acted like it was our faul We were not the only ones this happened to and other guest were treated in the same manner NEVER STAY HERE OR ANY HOLIDAY INN"

"When i walked into the lobby it had a nice smell. Check-in was quick and easy. The Check-in clerk was friendly and gave me directions to my room and told me the times for the complimentary breakfast. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to Anchor Bar. Check out was also quick and easy. The check out clerk was also friendly."
