This hotel was amazing in every aspect! My husband and I frequent Buffalo often, and have had some other hotels that have been less than acceptable. We will continue to stay at this hotel everytime! The staff was amazing, the jacuzzi was perfect and everything was perfect!

The Richardson is a fabulous looking converted psychiatric hospital. Where my room was attractive and clean, I received no room service in three days.
