Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended. "Clean rooms, pleasant and very helpful staff, and amenities exactly as described. The location is very convenient, very close to the train station and city center, with easy bus connections. Breakfast is available as an additional package and is well prepared and satisfying."
