Lalit Delhi does not reflect a 5-star property. I had a bed bug issue in my room. After calling, they send people to look and confirm. The next worst part was the delay in resolution. I asked for a room upgrade, but it took almost 2 hrs for the management to coordinate. After every call, they send a new person asking the same thing. Finally, after going to reception and again explaining the issue, they changed my room.
I am thankful that I spotted the bedbug before starting the night, o/w would have risked further infection issues.
This is my second time at this property, but they should learn to meet cleanliness requirements and have better customer service. Don't know if I will be going back again :(
