The check in took forever there were 2 desks manned out of 4. I was second ib line it took them 15 min to reach me. Rooms was superb. Carpets ageing a little. Njce breakfast. Though coffees tended to be bad. Overall good stay. Do i think it is significantly better than holiday inn and lemon tree next door-NO

The hotel is doing major outdoor renovation which can be heard in the rooms. Even after changing to another room it could still be heard. They only do the during day time, but if you plan to do work at the room its very annoying.

Generally, poor and mediocre service. However, the duty manager made it by arranging a free meal for me (I insisted to pay) after 3 back to back frustrating experiences at its Asian restaurant. Nevertheless, all those frustrations were forgotten after the hotel called me to inform that I had left my valuables In the safe (including my passport). Their prompt action in safekeeping the same until I returned to Delhi after 3 days was a wonderful feeling for which I am grateful. This was done despite the fact that we were not going to staying there during our return trip through Delhi. Full marks for their professional handling of this situation.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. And importantly very well soundproofed, which is important given its proximity to airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. (Ashu at Pling particularly outstanding.)

Great property in Aerocity. Close to airport within 15 min. The hotel has decent amenities and a good buffet. Price is more reasonable amongst the other five star Aerocity Hotels. If your looking for a decent hotel in Aerocity with 5 star amenities than you’ll be fine at the Pullman. If you want more bells and whistles than consider the other 5 star hotels in the area but for me it was fine and I will be coming back.
