Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Terrible hotel.
Room was not prepared for our late arrival. Only cash payment. Torn blanket, dirty bedsheets. Dusty and noisy. No hot water. No complimentary bottled mineral water. Very bad experience. And please don't use their overcharged arranged vehicle, as they are not transparent with the charges.
