My stay at best western was really good. The property is neat and clean and the staff ensures that the rooms and linen are cleaned everyday. Not all the rooms have windows, so if you are looking for a room with window, please opt for Premier rooms. I had a pleasant experience running into Vandana at the front desk. She greeted us with a smile always and was helpful in all aspects. I am definitely coming back! The location is a busy one, the intent of my trip was shopping nearby, hence it worked well for my family.

4 day stay
The staff is wonderful. From front of desk to waiter Rahul Yadva was outstanding. We struggled with heat controls but staff was awesome and it could have been ooerator error. My only negative is that the neighborhood is dicey and we were advised not to go out on the street. Although I never felt uncomfortable ot was clearly working class but i can not complain about staff or facility. Restuarant was decent. Excellant breakfast dinner good but limited esp if you cant eat spicy spicey food.

The room had no windows There were electrical outages several times per night, at least two nights in a row. The receptionist explained that it was because of strong wind, but it was not windy outside at all, and each time electricity was almost immediately restored. My guess there was a fuse tripping, which raises safety concerns. The area of the hotel is not clean.

The power we get directly from Electricity boad and when lights goes from there it switched to our Generator set and it takes 10-15 second to switch to hotel power back mode and again lights come back it goes to normal mode which having switch over time. We apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this.Best regards

Good Hotel for Business Stay
I stayed at the hotel due to some personal work in Delhi. Location is an advantage as it is close to New Delhi Railway Station. The service was good and with a smile. Food from the restaurant was good.

Excellent customer service. My first experience at the hotel was not as a guest. I was lost and needed help. At reception Henry Kim welcomed me and helped me to navigate the narrow alleys of Paharganj. Because of his kind assistance, I canceled another booking to instead stay at the Best Western. I was not disappointed. All the staff were helpful, making me feel I had a safe and comfortable home during travel.

Extremely noisy
I picked this hotel relying on Best Western's reputation as a reliable, comfortable three stars chain (the kind of hotel my parents would book!), and that this would be a comfortable place to stay for the first couple of days of my trip to India. It turns out the hotel was extremely noisy; my room was facing the street, and the windows let all the noise through. It was very hard to find sleep at night. At some point, there was also a smell of fuel in the whole hotel, which lingered for a day and a half, as if someone had run an engine (I don't think this was due to nearby traffic as it only happened for part of my stay, it was more probably due to some kind of power generator or power tool being run in the hotel, as there was some renovation work going on at the time). The staff was polite to a fault but that's the only good thing I can say about my stay there.

Delhi as a city was simply not for me. Insanely polluted, tragically dirty and plunged deep in the throws of poverty. It was a very rough city to experience and needs a lot of assistance. That said, this hotel felt like a safe haven in the midst of the chaos of the city. Stepping into the inside from the outside felt like entering a new portal. The hotel was clean, quiet, and safe. There was plenty of hot water, a comfy bed, and delicious food. The food served by the kitchen was delicious and we ended up eating there at the hotel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for both nights. There were simply no other sanitary meal options in walking distance from the hotel. The location was a bummer and a big negative that we had no other walkable sanitary food options and it took a while to drive to major landmarks because of the traffic, but overall, this was a very comfortable stay and quiet getaway.

Fairly new property so in good state of repair. Friendly reception staff. However the room was very claustrophobic as it had no window. This is not mentioned or highlighted on booking page. The lady at reception called at 1145hours to check the expecting time of departure as standard checkout time is 12 Noon as per hotel SOP as we have group arrival on that date.and we are sold out on 13th August, 2022 The guest told why you not informed earlier. As i spoken to guest my self that she said son is sick we given the late checkout at 1300 hours. Guest checkout at 1330hours. The stay was so good that we regretted not booing the stay for more days. We booked a suite and it was stylish and so clean one could want. Will stay here in future for sure.
