"My room wasn't serviced after the first night of a 2-night stay. There was a mix-up in my reservations with Expedia (not Hyatt's fault). Instead of honoring the discounted rate, I was charged full price, significantly higher. It would have been nice if they had asked me if I qualified for any other discounts (AARP, AAA, veteran's discount, etc.). They did, however, grant me free parking (normally $17.50 per night). I'm not sure if that was already included in Expedia's package."

Very nice bar but the dinner menu though extensive left a great deal to be desired taste wise. The braised ribs and fettucine tasted like fish."
