"Sink and tub is not draining well. Old room with no ventilation in bathroom. The AC was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The traffic noise was also bothersome Pool was not used but looked dirty. Hot tub looks broken with tons of algae. Breakfast was decent. The staff was not friendly, not welcoming. The Never smiled once during my two night stay. Hotel is in good area for shopping. Lots of stores. "

"Some of the friendliest hotel staff I've seen,v and the place was excellent except for one thing. When we went into the bathroom for the first time in our room there was a slight smell of sewage. We turned on the bathroom.exhaust fan and ran the shower flushed the toilet and closed the door. We went out for lunch and by the time we came back it was fine. The staff of the hotel were some of the friendliest I've ever seen at a hotel. I'd go back there in a heartbeat."

"The lobby and breakfast area was nicely maintained. We appreciated the fresh fruit, cookies and ice water always available in the lobby. The breakfast was decent and liked that they provided trays to take food to room. The bedroom was clean however the hallway carpets were dirty and did not appear to be vacuumed over the three days we were there. The beds were very soft and pillows were too high—no other options available. The blackout curtains were disgustingly dirty. Almost looked moldy and corroding. Very gross. Appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. Nice to have a pool and jacuzzi however they were filthy with debris. It had been windy before we arrived but it looked like it was not cleaned frequently. Finally, the front desk staff was rarely in attendance. Nice when we did interact but usually there was nobody at the desk. Didn’t seem very secure. They could not store our baggage upon early arrival and wouldn’t give us a room unless we paid extra. It is a very budget hotel so I guess we got what we paid for."
