Could do with a lick of paint in places, but overall a good stay and good location

Booked in to double room (deluxe). Photos do not do it justice. One of the best rooms I have stayed in in terms of clean and comfort! Tend to be a fussy guest but this room is simply perfect! Bed is soooO comfortable....really good nights sleep

We had a great time, the hosts are so so lovely and the room is so spacious and comfortable. We were visiting for a wedding and it was a fab room to get ready in. The hosts even had an iron to help us with our suit and dress.

I stayed in the Love & Peace cottage. I initially was only staying a few days, but resulted in staying 3 weeks due to my father's health. Pat, the owner, was so welcoming and then so accommodating with the uncertainty of my length of stay. Going through a rollercoaster of emotions, Pat always made sure I was ok. Really nice room

We had a concert at Hammersmith and chose this place as it was close to the venue. The staff were all very friendly and the room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend staying here if you need to be in the Hammersmith area

Took my wife to London for her Birthday weekend. We enjoyed the Hand and Flowers' friendly staff, private access, and proximity to the tube. Pub had good selection of beers and good pub menu. We will be back again.

Fab little hotel in a quiet oasis 5 minutes walk from Victoria. Great breakfast too.

I cannot fault this little B&B at all. I booked at quite short notice for a small double ensuite room - when I arrived I was upgraded to a bigger ensuite room, which was exceptionally comfortable (if you are going for a 3-person room I would highly recommend it!!).
