"Good location. Hotel and restaurant staff were super friendly. Pool service was scarce, we had to constantly seek them out. Empty plates should be picked up more frequently because it attracts crows and bugs. The rooms were tidy but could be cleaner, the walls and kitchen felt sticky, like it needed a deep clean."

"We loved this hotel! It had everything we needed for our stay. The pool, lazy river, chairs in the pool for parents, mini golf and FREE breakfast was fantastic! Loved the smaller size bc it wasn't busy and felt more intimate. Felt safe for the kids to wander and explore the property. My daughter left behind her shoes and we were able to get them back a few days later. So happy with the honesty of the cleaning and front desk staff. "

"Stayed at the All-Star Movie Resort, it was very clean and quiet considering the number of people and the multiple resorts in the area. The pool area was always clean and had multiple life guards on duty at all times. The grounds workers started early in the mornings, but you wouldn't know because they were quiet and respectful. The only thing that needs to be known is, if traveling with multiple family members requiring multiple rooms, make sure you note that at booking so everyone is booked in the same building and not at different buildings within the same resort. ALSO, there is NO difference in the rooms except for location. I had booked a standard room and my son and his family booked the deluxe. I was on the second floor overlooking the playground and they were on the first floor near the pool. The rooms were exactly the same on the inside, NO DIFFERENCES. So unless you have to be by the pool, don't spend the extra money. Oh and they don't tell you this but if you walk in the room and only see one bed, move the chairs by the table, grab the two silver handles on the "wall" and pull down. The other bed is located there!"

"This is our second year staying for The Summit at Disney. Great value, love the 2 room suite so the kids can have their own room and eating area. Loved watching the fireworks from the fireworks view room. We feel like this is a hidden gem!"

"You get what you pay for as the saying goes. Upon arrival the front desk was too busy texting to help me. The laminate flooring throughout allowed you to hear every one walking in the halls. Laminate in the room was scuffed up. Towels were so thin it was difficult to even use to dry off. The humidity in the room was horrible. 3 days and swim suits still weren't dry. Breakfast did have waffles. Eggs and sausage were cold, nothing else really of interest. Churros for breakfast??? Don't bother with the juices. Orange and apple were both watered down. Bottom line, no we would never stay here again."
