"Es un hotel antiguo bien mantenido pero con deficiencias tecnológicas. No hay conectores para cargadores y el único conector múltiple en el escritorio de la habitación no tiene donde conectarse a la pared. Ósea que está de adorno. Las camas son duras y viejas y el personal de servicio en el desayuno es joven y bajo nivel de servicio. Pedimos un café americano hecho con café espresso y me llevan un esspreso largo quemado. Parece que no entienden bien el inglés."

"The hotel is just off a main road, very easy to drive to from the airport. There is parking onsite which is free. It's a good stopover if you don't need to go into Florence city centre and are driving onto elsewhere in Tuscany. Very much a business hotel. The interior of the hotel was modern and artistic. Rooms were very clean. The king bed is super comfortable. The bath is can be difficult to get in and out of as the glass comes out a lot and where you step into the bathtub is slanted so it can be dangerous, especially when wet! We expected the water to be restocked everyday after room cleaning but this was not the case however."

"This hotel was less than “okay”. It was a good location and the staff was very nice. But the rooms and overall building were not well maintained and were not clean. The water in the shower took FOREVER to get hot. If you’re simply just looking for a place to lay your head, this hotel will do. But if you are wanting more out of your stay, more comfort, amenities and a clean place, I would not recommend."
