"This hotel is great! Close to the museums and the gentleman who greeted us gave us a must do itinerary and highlighted how to get from place to place. It is a stunning comfy ad beautiful hotel and I'll stay again if I come back to Florence. And we had an early morning departure and they provide us a box breakfast to go. Thank you so much"

Supposedly a hostel = No stove, not enough utensils,paper towels, salt, pepper 3. The laundry room dryers have no temp. gauge (only on high setting) they did supply 2 drying racks enough for 2 loads of clothes. I would not recommend to people who want a regular hostel . It will become expensive quickly."

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. And then they want you to keep you too Key with them each time you leave which is just insane."
