"this hotel is amazing! it’s so nice. the staff are extremely helpful and took our bags up and helped us book a dinner reservation. our room even had a sauna! the room was extremely clean as well. very centrally located, which made it easy to do the big florence sightseeing. also close to some good shopping and restaurants! would recommend staying here!"
