"Fantastic hotel Great Staff facilities and location "

"Property was well laid out and actively. A short walk from the room were the dinner venues, swimming pool, and a little further down some sets of stairs, the beach. It was very peaceful and the staff are very helpful. Guest services were happy to ensure our stay was brilliant including little personalised gift for the kids. Anish Naik was fantastic in their restaurant. He was very attentive and helped ensure that everyone had something they would enjoy for dinner. Including those on a strict diet. Helpful and very patient meant that we came back a few times for dinner here. They had a great selection of veg and non veg. Overall a brilliant stay and would recommend without a doubt for couples, young families or extended family trips. "

"This ITC grand Goa is a super resort with a serene atmosphere and excellent facilities. The rooms are high quality and sufficiently luxurious. The resort caters to all your needs and has a very good spa and reasonable gym. Surprised to also find a steam room and sauna. The outside pool was large and very well maintained. The beech was pristine and had an annexed restaurant right there. The surrounding gardens were beautifully maintained. The main buffet was very good and there were other al la carte options for variety. In all a worthy five star rating and I can’t wait to come back. "

"We have just finished a 10 day stay at the Taj Village Resort and cannot recommend it enough. The entire stay was well beyond our expectations. Shubham, Uma and Salonica at reception were welcoming and always helpful. Sudedh at the travel desk always on hand to organise transport. Prajot and Saeel at the poolside bar were always so kind and went out of their way. Sahhoo the lifeguard was amazing. Always making sure our sun beds were arranged such that my children were sheltered from the sun. Prakash and Devanand at the Caravela were always on hand to ensure we were taken care of at the restaurant. We did have a blip with 2 groups of Ill mannered students checking in and making 4 days rather unpleasant but that cannot be held against the hotel or staff in any way. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a hotel in Goa and you are travelling with children. "

"The property was beautiful and I had a nice window view for myself and my girlfriend. The food was excellent and the kitchen staff were so kind, approachable, and we had actually come to a point of befriending them as they were familiar with us and our preferred orders. The room was ALWAYS kept clean, and hotel staff were accommodating to ALL of our needs. I would absolutely recommend."
