"The property was clean, reasonably priced, and service was good. It is a retro motel with dated decor but it was clean, and walkable to downtown. Collingwood has gotten so expensive - so this is an affordable option. "

We loved Collingwood, downtown was beautiful, they had lots of great restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, we were there on a Monday so a lot of stores were closed but the ones that were open were super cute. 1858 Caesar Bar was delicious. Busy beach

Nice place to visit. Blue mountain village is nearby, city is have lot of places to spend time.
"Staff was exceptional (Maryann) at the front concierge. She was able to upgrade us to a King bed and suite as our rooms were not ready at the given time of 3pm with us being there around 4pm. She was kind, courteous and wonderful. Continental breakfast was amazing as well. "
"Great place for the prize paid. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommends to anyone. 10 mins away to Blue Mountain which we thought was quite convenient."
"Staff is professional and kind. Property (Pool) area is wonderful and clean. Room requires an update otherwise clean and well appointed. A 8 cup coffee maker would have been a better choice than the limited single serve with a coffee/tea bag. Otherwise a wonderful stay, look forward to our next stay at the Mosaic."
"The Blue Inn has a wonderful location and great staffing group! I would definitely stay again. The place is more traditional and not modern however this did not matter to my group as the price, location and exceptional staff made our trip wonderful! "
"Overall good stay, nice to be close to local restaurants and layout of unit B was great, however, overpriced for what it is. I was expecting a “boutique” experience - There were aunts on the kitchen counter, shower/toilet/floors were not cleaned well (our feet were dirty shortly after getting unpacked), back porch lights didn't work (strings out and bulb at back door), air conditioning units were hard to use and wouldn't stay on all day or night so temperature was hard to regular, designated parking was hard to find (limited signage) and massive potholes leading up to lot scraped up car, and no additional towels, blankets, pillows, or cleaning products available. Master could use some side tables and more hangers in the closet."
