"This is a clean, modernly furnished motel We were in Rm 7, it had a cozy King bed, a kitchenette with keurig coffee provided. The leather chairs in the seating area were comfortable. The shower had nice hot water. It was nice to have an outdoor area for sitting with propane bbq’s. Location is good too👍"

The heater insider the room was very quiet too. The location is excellent. It's close to all the major parks along the waterfront. "The Milestone is a reasonable hotel in a town where others are ridiculously expensive. However the structure is aging, and it needs refurbishing, particularly the bathrooms. The grouting is breaking down and beginning to discolor, and the shower is old, rusty and needs replacing. The bedroom area is comfortable and is kept clean, and the in room fridge and microwave are definitely a plus. I would stay there again, but I'm not comfortable with the current bathroom situation."
