Very helpful and friendly staff. A stylish but unfussy hotel.

Good stay

Nice location but you can hear traffic from nearby road but this did not interfere with our stay. Room 8 corner suite was great. Lovely pool and gardens. Breakfast was continental but options included cereals, toast, yogurts, boiled eggs, muffins etc. All staff warm and friendly.

I liked everything. This hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in quite a few in my time. Even the breakfast was good.

Brilliant, calming, relaxing place to stay. Every small detail had been thought of. We absolutely loved it.

The room was excellent. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was ok plenty of choice not as hot as I would have liked. But that is personal choice as I like food very hot.

Large rooms, excellent for families. Included breakfast a positive. Enjoyed the putting green outside for unexpected fun.

We only stayed at Club Intrawest Palm Desert for one night after a busy few days visiting Vegas and The Grand Canyon. It was just what we needed. We stayed in one of the 1 bedroomed apartments which was plenty big enough for our family with 2 grown up children. Our children were old enough to use all the pools and so we chose an adult only pool near our accommodation. The staff were very helpful and efficient with check in and the facilities were excellent. Excellent place to stay, staff were friendly, pool was open 24/7. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would have liked different would be if cutlery and plates/bowls were provided. We went to the Albertsons, two minutes away, and bought some so it wasn't the end of the world. Am definitely planning on returning as they clearly care about the clientele.

This place is very nice indeed it’s clean and friendly and the pool and gardens are immaculate.The room was very nice and kept very clean the internet was great our only issue was the bed it was very hard and uncomfortable for us. We booked this last minute as our previous hotel had building works and being Easter it was exceptionally expensive $1600 for just 5 nights which for us was about $600 to much The only gripe we had was on the morning we left we were 2minutes late for our breakfast and...

Spacious, clean accommodation, very friendly, helpful staff, lovely pools & tennis court, great location.

This was our first time in Palm Springs and we were unsure what to expect. After a 10 hour flight and 2 hour drive the welcome was so good. We were walked round the resort and felt so confortable straight away. The staff were always on hand to help and the added bonus of 3 meals a day over the weekend made it difficult to find a reason to go out.
