"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast choices were very good and plentiful. However the room was very dated and in need of renovation and had a funny smell when you walked in. The bedroom lacked any real style - blind needed replacing and the bathroom reminded us of a prison bathroom (all grey in colour)and stuck in the 80s with some broken fixtures so rather disappointing. The newly refurbished dining room looked good though!"

Everyone else at the reception unhelpful especially at night they make you come to the reception to collect cutlery or anything. It may be because they are short staffed. Restaurant staffs are lovely. No complaints but just be informed no free bottled water as its Green friendly. Please ask for dental kit"
