LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. It was my wife's birthday and the team helped to make our stay in Mumbai memorable. They upgraded our room, decorared it and even provided a cake! To top it off they through in breakfast for our whole stay without charge!
