Average property, service not upto mark, we checked in by 9pm instead of 12 pm and inspite of many requests to extend checkout till 2pm instead of 11 am, there was no courtesy shown and we were flatly refused.

Front office staff was least bothered about customer over phone. Unfortunately when went specifically to patch up things, the same staff behaved in same manner. No issue we had pleasent stay in a hotel called revo royal which is just 2 kilometres away , a new property with less price. Good I didn't stay at SRR

This is one of the horrible experience I have.
This is a cheaiting with me. Executive room booked by was not available in the hotel. Staff's behaviour was terrible and non cooperative. No contact no. Of hotel manager was available.. it is a nightmare for me and my son at midnight. One of the worst experience by booking through Expedia first time and surly last time.
