"The good- Location was good, most of the things we did were walkable or with easy access to the ttc. Staff was super friendly and we were able to check in early which was amazing. The okay- everyone raves about the breakfast but it’s super chaotic, staff seemed disorganized and would walk you all over and then pass you off. Odd set up for what is in my opinion a pretty standard hot breakfast buffet, just more of it. You can’t take it to your room so not ideal if someone in your party sleeps late. The bad- room was very small which is to be expected but I have no idea who thought the bathroom design would be good. Pocket door that is soo loud to open and close, Glass door that provides zero privacy even though it’s not clear, you can see silhouettes through it. If someone gets up in the night the entire room lights up because…glass but you’re already awake because the door is so loud. No vanity. No where to set cosmetic bag. Not enough hooks to hang towels. Incredibly poor design. Room was very loud. Could hear full conversations in the hallway. No regular coffee or tea in room. Decaf or espresso only. Strange. Wouldn’t stay again specifically because of the bathroom. Staff were friendly. Location good. Price too high for what it was."

"We had a few issues unfortunately. We were placed in a room that was facing the super busy street and all night the straight pipes, ambulances and sirens prevented me from having a good night sleep. Then the hot water didn’t work at all it was terrible taking a shower in the morning at best the water was tepid and it would go from tepid to cold and that was unpleasant. However having said that the wonderful staff at front desk compensated me for the issues. They are very good at trying to appease situation so very customer oriented."

"Loved the double room suite. It was like a little home away from home,had a great view of the runway. Great option for breakfast with hot meal and omelet station. There were opportunities: Room: the sink in the small kitchen area was plugged so could barely use Dining room: there was no sense of urgency to clean up. There was a broken plate on the floor and people walking on or around it. Had to tell the staff to have someone one clean it up as it was an obvious health and safety hazard Gym: someone needs to wipe down the equipment and sweep the space. Was filled with dust and hair all over the surfaces. The hallways to the room also team showed lack of urgency to clean up from previous nights garbage or room service sitting on floor or on table as you exit the elevator its the first thing you see. With all that however it was still a nice space, close to loads of restaurants and quick access to motorways. Just need to catch those minor things!"
