The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

I was in Delhi for wedding shopping purposes and this property is at very convenient location to shop from khan market, connaught place or old Delhi market. Staffs are very friendly, rooms are nice and they have amazing breakfast buffet.

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

We arrived at 5am as our flight was cancelled, the manager allowed us to keep the room until 4pm free of charge and also included a complimentary breakfast. Both really appreciated after our delayed journey. In all excellent customer service.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Namaste Hindustan. The location is excellent and very convenient for travellers. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Receptionist was particularly helpful: we told him what we would like to see and he made useful suggestions regarding how we could make the most of our stay. The hotel arranged affordable day transportation to historical sites like the Taj Mahal in Agra, which included visits to other places of interest.
