This establishment is extremely well managed by Senor Carl Holmes, his AGM, Sean, Anna, Head of Housekeeping and her team including Terri, Kelly and Velia. Front Desk has characters amongst it's staff including Sherrina and Alphonse, who are very friendly and receptive to any request made to them including printing maps, best places to eat locally etc.. The Family Room was beautifully decorated. It is clean with loads of space and a very thoughtful layout. It is more than enough for 2 adults and 4 children (3 teens and 1 x 8 year old). It is equipped with quality high tech appliances and loads of USB / USBC sockets and therefore not requiring plugs and adapters. Good value in exclusive area of San Diego. Friendly staff. Good size room. Lovely view from balcony. Easy parking. Few steps from shops and easily reached coves and beaches. Would stay again

We selected this hotel for location, however the services provided by the hotel and staff were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful, from the manager (very visible during our stay), to reception and housekeeping staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and again staff couldn't have been more attentive during this service. Rooms were well equipped (even had a microwave). I would highly recommend this hotel.

Close to airport. Clean and convenient. Parking on site at a charge. All good.

Nice hotel, good facilities, breakfast was busy but lots of choice and regularly replenished. Nice warm pool. It does shut between 7-8pm to be cleaned which can be annoying if you get in at 6.55 without knowing this!

One of our favourite destinations, it’s beautiful

Greatly hotel, this was our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint! It’s a perfect location for getting around with lots close by! The pool and hot tub were great and not too crowded! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!!!

We have just come to the end of a wonderful road trip from San Francisco to San Diego and this property was our last stay . We were checked in by Alexis who was so friendly and helpful The alpine lodge was absolutely perfect - the room was lovely - toiletries was gorgeous Sad we only needed to stay one night ! Super cute little hotel in the middle of downtown.

Such an unusual experience. Hotel situated in Old Town Heritage Park, very quiet at night. Like staying in an old western movie saloon. Loved it.
