"Don't be fooled by the aged sign on the pole, the rooms have been renovated, with good workmanship. A bonus is the tiny Thai restaurant just 2 blocks south on Magnolia Blvd. Access to I-8 and 67 is flawless. Excellent value. "

"Horrible! Elevator is scary! Room condition awful carpet & couch disgusting! Electric outlets wore out and plugs wouldn't stay in. Kitchen light switch had to be wiggled to get it to come on. The floors had soft spots in them. No breakfast, no fitness area, as advertised. Pool bottom peeling and dirty hot tub off color. Bathroom was clean and so was kitchen area. Barking dogs & people back & forth past room on electric scooters or skateboards. Hotel is supposed to begin complete renovation in a week. (or so they said) This hotel needs to be removed from the Hotel.com site it is unsafe and very disappointing. If I could have gotten a refund we'd have left. We did leave a day early. Cleaning crew did a good job and the best they could with what they have to work with. Mark and Santiago at front desk was awesome! The guy who checked us in when we arrived was not at all hospitable and it put him out to repeat his instructions on parking. Day before we left person white hazmat jumpsuit and mask cleaning room down from ours. I contacted hotel.com for assistance but nothing. WE Hated it here! Not sure I will continue to use Hotel.com. "

"The bed was so comfy and clean the best I have ever had in a hotel I slept like a baby. The wifi wasn’t working in the beginning but then after a few tries it worked perfectly. Property was close to a yummy sushi restaurant. Breakfast was blah wished they had more protein options. Rooms could be more updated. I would come back property was close to my destination. "

"Rooms are small, but the price and location are great. Room was updated. Kitchen has pots and pans but seems like you should source your own utensils. Freeway noise is there no matter where you are in building, so if you are sensitive to white noise, maybe stay somewhere else. "
