Amazing location and facilities. Staff are amazingly pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. Some refreshment of paint and decoration would be an advantage but great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here, beautiful room and the front desk staff were so lovely. Especially BK. We were made to feel so welcome. Our room was exceptional and so comfortable. The morning muffins were lovely and the location was ideal for us.

We had an amazing stay at Langham NY and many thanks to the staff who went out of the way to make the trip special for us. The hospitality and care was unmatched. Thanks

Returned to the Peninsula after a few years' hiatus (I had an issue last time). It is an excellent place to stay if you want to be in upper Midtown. The prices can be quite punchy, but the restaurant and bar are not as mind-boggling as some, and you are getting a top notch product. The staff were friendly and helpful, and in the main not as overbearingly stuffy or as synthetically gushing as you sometimes find in similar hotels. It has a great location (5th/55th) so very handy for MoMA,...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special mention goes to James, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel is also in a great location for Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and all the main attractions.
It was also great to be able to help ourselves to coffee and snacks throughout the day, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
Breakfast did get quite busy around 9:00 am, and the food options...

Cozy hotel, nice styling, great rooftop bar, comfy big bed. Amazing location.
Would stay again.
Very small rooms, so not for all people.
Rooftop bar had different (less) opening hours than advertised.

This is an excellent, well run boutique hotel in a great area of NYC....but the overwhelming win here is the staff who cannot do enough to help - Gabby at the front desk and Gabriella at breakfast are amazing as are all the staff.
This is how you do service - great job !!
Rooms are typical NYC size, clean and well kept with all the essentials. Bed is super comfy (particularly for my old back)
We will definitely be back.

Staff were amazing with my kids who were treated like royalty. Nice, clean rooms and location was great for all modes of transport. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a great experience with our recent stay at the Towers. We were there for 6 nights.
Our only very slight niggle was that the room wasn't turned down most of the times at night. We eventually asked the maid why it wasn't being done on our last night and she said we had left our privacy light on. We hadn't left our privacy light on as we deliberately double checked it before we went out as we really wanted the water left when they turned the room down. Wasn't worth arguing about it but...

A small hotel opposite the New york Library. Centrally located for most attractions. The room was a king loft and was exceptional. The huge rain shower is standard in all rooms. Pure luxury! The large windows were good if only to brighten the room as the view was dissapointing. It was my birthday and Lauren and her staff provided a cake and bubbly. The complimentary wine in the reception area was again a lovely touch as was the morning coffee. Everyone was very polite and courteous and offered...
