Excellent wifi. Did video calls and didn’t have any issues at all. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Free soda and coffee. Free parking. Within 10-15 min walk to I-drive, although you do cross the interstate there’s traffic lights and crosswalks. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Across the road from supermarket.

Friendly and helpful staff. Huge variety and selection of breakfast included in the buffet, with gluten free options and other dietary requirements on offer. Rooms were clean and well maintained, stocked with all the amenities you need. Super convenient location close to Tampa International Airport. H Bar food was great! Really enjoyed our whole experience - would 10/10 stay again in the future.

Very clean and calm property. Breakfast options are limited. The shuttle service to disney parks come right to the patio of the hotel.

Fabulous place spotlessly clean everywhere. Rooms immaculate with everything you could think of for your stay. Wonderful super king comfy bed, large fluffy towels. Pool towels large and fluffy too. Been here several times, cant wait to return.

Friendly staff and easy check in. Free coffee in reception. The hotel is modern, clean and fresh. The rooms were clean with plenty of sockets, towels and space. Handy fridge and coffee maker and ice machine in the hall by the lift. You can also buy snacks and drinks in the lobby and there is a microwave to heat things up if you need to. Great location for SeaWorld, we walked only 1 mile. Room was great, clean, comfortable bed. Good breakfast too

Very well maintained and kept hotel.

This was our third stay here and it is still a really good hotel with great facilities. Yes the walls are thin and you can literally hear everything going on around you but ear plugs do the trick. The Pier 8 dining is still as good as ever and park shuttles are brilliant. The loungers around the pool need a good clean now and a certain bartender needs to learn some bar etiquette on serving those at the bar first rather than the ones he knows and chats to. We have stay at Grande Villas for a number of year (Previously part of the Diamond group). The facilities and amenities have always been excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I found disappointing was the car parking, It was hard to get a spot close to our building and on top of that they were charging for car parking. Starting to worry they are on a slippery slope of turning into a Ryan air holiday were you may have to start paying additional charges for something I feel should...

Lovely hotel, very clean rooms. Cute little managers reception with drinks and a good breakfast. Excellent value - hadn’t realised there wasn’t a bar onsite which was a shame but our error for not checking. Would highly recommend.

Mystic Dunes is delightful. Great pools and restaurant. The staff at the golf course were so friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun & great food.
