"We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. "
"Lovely properly excellent communication with Riccardo regarding instructions prior to arrival, was on hand to greet us upon arrival, lovely welcome tray on arrival , room was clean and spacious , convinient for Vaporetto stops and walking into St Marks Square , would recommend thank you Riccardo "
"Accommodation is well located to explore Venice. The air conditioning was broken and no communication until I contacted agency. The replacement did not work. We did not sleep because of the heat. Sorry would not recommend this accommodation. "
