"we stayed for only 2 nights but it was worth it.The place was quite and we slept really good after a very tiring day.All the staff were really helpful and and helped us how to navigate the area.Although it was quite far from the city center they have a shuttle that drove us to and from the train station for €5/person which is not bad.Overall everything went well.Thank you especially to Eleonora and Jamarco and the drivers of the shuttle for the help. "

"Travelled with family for winter break and I must say it was the right choice. Staff have been extremely polite and welcoming throughout the stay. Would like to specially mention Nicole/Katerina and Giulia. Some initial gripes and they get resolved within next few hours. I have booked a junior suite for the family which was upgraded FOC to the bigger suite the next day to make us more comfortable. "Previous reviews had me worried but this is a great hotel in an ideal location for travelling to Venice and further afield. Buses and trains within two minute walk and good breakfast. Staff were so helpful with checkin times very flexible and rooms are comfortable. I could find no fault in the hotel. "

"Amazing experience at the hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt safe in this hotel as they lock the door at night. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Feels like home to stay here. The location is not walkable to the train station but there are buses nearby that go straight to Venice. Overall, amazed by the hotel and the great value. "
