Lousy toilet, shower tap not functioning ,water pressure was very low, water trap can’t flow properly, thus flooded inside the small tiny shower cabinet, shower toilet cannot flush, no conditional , one bitter of green solution for hair and body. No kettle in room, warm water for tea was like on 50degree, and can only take from level one of hotel , often no enough cups . Don’t really recommend !!

Fanastic location. Booked it prior to leaving a on cruise out of Venice. You could walk to the port with the help of the People Mover. The staff was extremely nice and spoke very clear English and was willing and able to help. The free breakfast was wonderful too. So much to choice from. It wasn't your average continental breakfast. The garden in the center was gorgeous. As with all places there were negatives. Our room was close to the bell tower and you could cleanly here chime at the top of the hour. We were only given 2 pillows and when we asked for one extra we were told that they didn't have anymore. Overall i would recommend this hotel.
