"Description states elevator, however if you’re staying on the 2nd floor & have a room 253 or above, you’re climbing another 1-1/2 flights of narrow winding stairs. And going to the 3rd floor and coming down does not work! The carpet is threadbare on the stairs. If you go to the breakfast after 9:15 the room is overly overly warm. This hotel should not be rated at 7. This is the smallest room I have ever seen and it slanted. "

While we did not intend to spend much time in the room, the accommodations did not match the photos presented at the time of booking, which was disappointing. Access to our assigned “orange” room required climbing 62 steps, which may be a consideration for some guests. Additionally, air conditioning was not available due to local seasonal regulations, and the room became uncomfortable at times—particularly with mosquitoes present each evening. There were also no fans provided. The room itself was minimally equipped, with very limited luggage storage, no desk, and no microwave. Lastly, while the property does offer complimentary activities or options, these were not communicated unless specifically requested. Overall, while the staff was courteous, there are several areas where clearer communication and improved room conditions would significantly enhance the guest experience."
