Clean room, staff pleasant and helpful. Very nice breakfast with many options to choose from. Location superb - close to gondolas, St. Mark square, shopping places, all kind of restraints, etc. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable at this hotel!

The staff tried really hard to make the stay nice. But they had turned off the AC for winter and the room was very hot. When the windows opened mosquitos came in. Lots of noise from the street outside. They let us change rooms but for the cost I was disappointed with this hotel.
