"Room was clean but very small for 2 people. Beware- no elevators in Venice so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of steps. The location is great; not too loud at night and easy to walk to many sites. About a 10 minute walk to the train station but at night we ended up taking a water taxi because we did not know how to get to the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful with basic information. "

"I stored a piece of luggage there for a week as I was away and went to stay the hotel after the week. The staff were all ver nice & helpful. It is is close to the state and the water bus & warer taxi.There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around. Very convenient and will stay again if I need to travel via train in future.
